At Solestice, a podiatry and wellness clinic based in Sheffield S7, we focus on the treatment of many foot and ankle pain, as well and general foot care. We also offer complementary therapies such as reflexology and acupuncture. We are expanding to offer holistic therapies and we believe well being is about caring for the whole you — body, mind, and spirit. Zoe - Podiatrist and Reflexologist
Zoe is the founder of Solestice in Sheffield, with the aim of creating a healthcare collaborative and a multidisciplinary health and wellness clinic in Sheffield S7.
Zoe has been working in foot health for over 10 years, serving patients across Sheffield in Nether Edge, Ecclesall, Millhouses and the surrounding areas. First training as a reflexologist in 2015, and gaining a level 5 diploma in Clinical Reflexology from Jubilee College, then training in podiatry at Huddersfield University, achieving a 1st class BSc (Hons).
Zoe has also trained in acupuncture with Breeze Academy, as an additional treatment for musculoskeletal problems in the foot, ankle and lower leg; as well as Indian head massage and nutrition.

Alongside this, Zoe is late-diagnosed neurodivergent, specifically AuDHD, and has a compassionate approach to all patients, particularly those who have needs and communication requirements related to their neurotype.

Amy - Life Coach
In 2024, Amy trained as a Life Coach and is now building her practice. As of March 2026, she is a qualified accredited Life Coach with MBI Wayfinders and the International Coaching Federation. Amy's approach is grounded in the belief that we already carry our own wisdom, and her role is to help people reconnect with it beneath conditioning, trauma, and expectations.
Today, Amy supports neurodivergent people, especially those who discovered their neurotype later in life, to understand their nervous systems & emotions, integrate their emotional insight, and create meaningful change in their lives that feels aligned and sustainable.
Amy cares deeply about helping people feel more at home in themselves and build lives that honour who they truly are.
