Talking therapies offer a safe, supportive space to explore what’s going on for you, at your own pace, and in your own way. At Solestice, our approach is person-centred, non-judgemental, and collaborative, placing you at the heart of the process.
Rather than giving advice or telling you what to think or feel, talking therapy focuses on helping you make sense of your own experiences and find your own answers. Your therapist will listen with care and curiosity, supporting you to explore thoughts, feelings, and patterns in a way that feels safe and respectful.
